About
From raw field data to evidence that moves programs
MSc in Biostatistics (Hasselt University, Belgium) with over ten years as a Monitoring & Evaluation consultant, senior manager and data analyst. I design MEL results frameworks and indicators, build mobile data-collection systems (Kobo, ODK, CommCare), run household surveys across provinces, and turn the results into dynamic dashboards and clean, decision-ready analysis. Today I pair that experience with AI and automation to speed up data cleaning, reporting and analysis.
Design and oversee M&E for the m2m Mozambique programme — results frameworks, M&E plans, in-country DQA, staff training, and dynamic dashboards built on electronic data-collection tools.
Monitored M&E indicators and led internal Data Quality Assessment with implementing partners; built CQI dashboards and supported national routine data-quality efforts with MISAU.
Provided technical assistance to the National VMMC Program: external quality-assurance visits, real-time routine and EQA data collection, analysis and reporting.
Led revision of data-collection tools, mobile form development, tablet-based collection and SOPs; supervised field teams and ran complex multi-program analyses.

Quantitative methods lead: sample design, tablet-based data-collection tools, daily validation, cleaning and analysis.
Multi-country Data Management System
Built a Kobo-based routine data system for a WFP-funded project in Cabo Delgado, plus site assessments in Uganda and Nigeria.
National HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan Monitoring
Designed the database and Android data-collection tools and built a web platform to visualize indicators for the PEN-V response.
National Election Monitoring Analytics
Designed the data & reporting strategy on the ELMO/ODK platform, built visualizations and trained monitor coordinators nationwide.
Real-Time Monitoring Systems
Developed ODK questionnaires and cloud-hosted real-time monitoring for the KIMCHI and BIZ Generation programs across dozens of health facilities.
National VMMC Real-Time Data System
Implemented an online ODK system feeding routine facility data to central, provincial and district levels for decision-making.
